Service Description
Landfall is a federal contract alert service that monitors SAM.gov for new and updated procurement opportunities. The service matches those opportunities against your business profile, generates AI-powered briefs summarizing solicitation documents, and delivers daily digests to your inbox.
Landfall is designed to help small and mid-sized businesses stay informed about relevant federal opportunities. It does not submit bids, represent users in procurement processes, or provide legal services of any kind.
Accounts
To use Landfall you must create an account with a valid email address. Each account is for use by one person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@landfallhq.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization to create an account.
Subscription and Billing
Landfall offers two tiers:
- Free — limited access to opportunity matching and briefs at no cost.
- Pro — full access to all features at $199 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months. After cancellation your account reverts to the Free tier.
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from Landfall using automated tools.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI-generated briefs or opportunity data to third parties.
- Share account credentials with other individuals or organizations.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access features beyond your plan.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion.
AI-Generated Content
Briefs and summaries provided by Landfall are generated by AI models and are intended for informational purposes only. They are not legal advice, procurement advice, or a substitute for reviewing the original solicitation documents.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any brief against the source documents before making any business or legal decisions. Landfall makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated summaries.
Data Disclaimer
Opportunity data displayed in Landfall is sourced from SAM.gov and other public government systems. Landfall does not control the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Opportunities may be modified, cancelled, or withdrawn by the issuing agency at any time without notice to Landfall or its users.
Always verify opportunity details directly on SAM.gov before preparing or submitting a response to any solicitation.
Limitation of Liability
Landfall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landfall and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including missed contract opportunities, lost revenue, or reliance on AI-generated briefs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Landfall in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of Landfall after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.
