Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:
- Email address when you create an account.
- Business profile data you provide: NAICS codes, set-aside preferences, and agency interests. This is used solely for matching opportunities to your profile.
- Usage data such as pages viewed and searches performed, used to improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- Match federal opportunities from SAM.gov to your business profile.
- Generate AI-powered briefs summarizing relevant solicitations.
- Send daily digest emails containing matched opportunities.
- Process subscription payments via Stripe.
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
Data Sources
Landfall ingests publicly available federal procurement data from SAM.gov. This data is published by the U.S. government and is not subject to personal data protections. Your business profile is the only source of personal or business-identifying information we hold.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party providers to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
- Stripe for payment processing. We never store full card numbers.
- Resend for transactional email delivery, including daily digests.
- Anthropic Claude for AI summarization of solicitation documents. Opportunity content sent to Claude is federal public data.
- Supabase for database hosting. Data is stored on Supabase-managed Postgres infrastructure.
- Vercel for frontend hosting and edge delivery.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the service functional:
- Session cookies to keep you logged in.
- Preference cookies for settings such as theme.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove your personal data within 30 days. SAM.gov procurement data is public federal information and is not subject to deletion requests.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Opt out of digest emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings.
